Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your Snapshot.so subscription at any time. To cancel:
- From the Extension: Open Snapshot.so → Account Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel
- From the Website: Sign in at app.snapshot.so → Account → Cancel Subscription
- By Email: Send a cancellation request to support@snapshot.so from the email associated with your account
1.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your existing snapshots are retained. You do not lose any data
- You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access to paid features
1.3 No Cancellation Fees
There are no cancellation fees, penalties, or lock-in periods. You can cancel at any time without being charged extra.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 6-Hour Refund Window
If you're not satisfied with Snapshot.so, you may request a full refund within 6 hours of your purchase. No questions asked.
After 6 hours, all sales are final. This policy exists to prevent abuse and spam.
2.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@snapshot.so with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method via Razorpay.
2.3 Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
- Terms violations: Account terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Significant usage: Accounts that have consumed a substantial portion of their quota (e.g., used 900+ of 1,000 snapshots)
- Late requests: Requests made more than 6 hours after purchase
- Chargebacks: If a chargeback/dispute has already been filed with your bank
3. Payment & Billing
3.1 Payment Methods
- All payments are processed via Razorpay. Supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets
All prices are listed in USD ($). Indian customers are charged the INR equivalent at the time of purchase.
3.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. You can view your current plan and next billing date from your account settings.
3.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. No data will be deleted.
4. Shipping Policy
Snapshot.so is a digital product, a browser extension and cloud service. There are no physical goods, and therefore no shipping is involved. Access to paid features is granted immediately upon successful payment.
