How the free plan works
Common questions
What counts as a snapshot?
A snapshot is created when you save a public post from X.com (or other supported platforms). Each snapshot captures the full text, a screenshot, author info, and a permanent timestamp.
What happens when I hit my limit?
Everything you've already saved stays fully accessible. You can search, view, export, and share your snapshots as usual. Free users have 100 lifetime captures — once used, upgrade to Professional for 1,000 snapshots/month or Enterprise for unlimited.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. All your saved snapshots carry over.
Do you offer refunds?
Full refund within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked. After that, handled case by case.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Is there a free trial for Professional?
The Free plan is the trial. Use it as long as you want with 100 lifetime snapshots. When you need more, upgrade to Professional ($10/mo yearly) for 1,000/month. If you need more to evaluate, reach out and we'll work something out.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don't show ads, sell data, or mine your archive. Your snapshots are only visible to you. We make money from subscriptions, and that's the entire business model. See our security page for full details.
