Twitter bookmarks are not receipts

Bookmarks are useful until the post is deleted, edited, or impossible to find. Snapshot.so saves X/Twitter posts as private receipts with screenshots, metadata, search, tags, export, and timestamps.

When bookmarks fail

Deleted posts

The bookmark remains, but the source is gone. Snapshot.so keeps the saved receipt.

No structure

Bookmarks do not give you tags, export, source metadata, or full-text search.

No receipt

A bookmark proves you saved a link. A Snapshot.so receipt preserves what was visible.

Use both when it helps

Keep casual posts in X bookmarks. Use Snapshot.so when the post may matter later.
